PURPOSE:To improve recording sensitivity without reducing durability by loading a predetermined glass thin film directly on a metal reflecting film. CONSTITUTION:A recording layer, a metal reflecting layer are laminated on a board, and a non-alkali glass film is loaded directly on the reflecting film to form an optical information recording medium. Necessity of using alloy as the reflecting film, necessity of using a resin material protective film having deteriorated stability, etc., due to surface curing deformation are eliminated by using non-alkali glass in which its moisture permeability is remarkably low and which shuts OFF external arrival of moisture at the reflecting film. As a result, recording sensitivity can be enhanced without reducing durability, and an optical information recording medium which is dealt with high information transfer speed is obtained. |
