<p>PURPOSE:To prevent generation of crosstalk between adjacent channels even if a short ring is not used by a method wherein a core consists of a ferrite resin and slits or a deep groove are/is provided in the boundary part between the channels. CONSTITUTION:Ferrite powder is kneaded in a high-molecular material to obtain a ferrite resin which is the raw material for a core. The powder of this ferrite resin is injection molded. At the time of the molding, slits (which are made to penetrate) 2 are concentrically provided in the boundary part between channels at intervals in an extent that the strength of the core is not reduced. At this time, the slits 2 are made to penetrate to the rear of the core. Moreover, a groove (which is not made to penetrate) 4 as deep as possible is provided without being made to penetrate on the side of the rear of the core so that the core keeps a strength of a certain extent. In the ferrite resin core 1 formed in such a way, as the slits or the deep groove can be easily provided in parts of the boundary part between the channels at the time of the molding, the use of a short ring can be eliminated.</p> |
