PURPOSE:To assemble a fan into a DC brushless motor easily and reduce its size, its vibration and its noise, by providing a cylindrical joining member on whose inner peripheral surface axial and circumferential grooves are formed and whose inner peripheral surface is engaged with the outer peripheral surface of a vibrationproof rubber joint. CONSTITUTION:When assembling a fan 40 into a DC brushless motor, a vibrationproof rubber joint 10 is fastened by rivets 11 on a bearing housing of the motor and on a front end plate 8a of a rotor 8 of the motor, while attaching on the joint 10 a pressing plate 25 for its reinforcement. On the other hand, respective ribs 41e of a hub 41 of the fan 40 are forced into grooves of a joining member 42 to fasten the hub 41. Then, protruding parts 10d of the vibrationproof rubber joint 10 are engaged with the axial grooves of the joining member 42 from its axial direction, and by rotating the joint 10 slightly the protruding parts 10b are engagement with the circumferential grooves of the joining member 42 from its circumferential direction. Subsequently, a projection of a covering member 43 is forced into the central hole of the hub 41 from the outside of a front plate part 41b of the hub 41. Thereby, the end of a center shaft 4 of the DC brushless motor is engaged with the recessed part of the covering member 43 as leaving a clearance, and aligning pins 43c of the covering member 43 are engaged with aligning holes 10c of the vibrationproof rubber joint 10 via aligning holes 41d of the front plate part 41b of the hub 41. |
