PURPOSE:To provide an optical disk having nearly the same disk diameter and double storage capacity per one face as compared to a usual disk. CONSTITUTION:This optical disk 1 consists of a first, a second disk substrates laminated and held in the same direction at a prescribed interval by a first, a second spacers 4, 5 and a first, a second recording surfaces 6, 7 formed on the rear surface of the first, the second disk substrates. Then two layers of the recording surfaces opposing to a recording beam or a reproducing beam from one direction (shown by the arrow (a) in figure) are provided. |
