PURPOSE:To enable plural functions to be executed by means of one card by requiring the coincidence of a code corresponding to a previously set storage area with the inputted code as a condition for performing access to the storage area through the use of the IC card. CONSTITUTION:A self password is registered as an issuing key 1 and stored in the card. At this case, an operation is executed by function control keys 2, 5a, 5b, function execution keys 3, 5, 6, an owner key 4 and the issuing key 1 inside the area of various kinds of functions. When the code corresponding to the previously set various kind-function area coincides with the inputted code, access can be performed to the applying storage area. The lower rank code can be newly set only in the case of the coincidence of the high rank code. When plural function offerers exist, the codes which are different at every function offerer are set and the owner code is adopted as a connection element in this case. |
