PURPOSE:To provide a production machine operation schedule planning device capable of accurately and efficiently planning a schedule and flexibly corresponding to respective items. CONSTITUTION:A production machine operation schedule for executing required production processing by successively executing a series of (n) processes in each item is planned. Physical distribution time T required fromt he installiation place of a production machine for executing a process 1 to the installation plate of a production machine for executing a process 2 and float U for each item to be processed are previously set up. The schedule is planned so that a time interval between the end time of the process 1 and the start time of the process 2 is longer than the sum of the time T and the float U.
