MULTICOMPONENT ANALYZING METHOD FOR SPECTROCHEMICAL ANALYSIS

PURPOSE:To obtain a multicomponent analyzing method for spectrochemical analysis by which multiple components can be accurately and efficiently determined at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The concentrations of multiple components contained in a sample are simultaneously determined by irradiating the sample with the light from a light source and performing arithmetic processing based of the absorption spectrum obtained from the irradiation. Then the multiple components are classified into a plurality of component groups based on the shapes and absorption regions of absorption peaks and each component group is determined by using the most suitable determinating arithmetic technique.
