SELF-TRAVELING CARRIER VEHICLE

PURPOSE:To provide a self-traveling carrier vehicle which can produce the large driving force despite its small size. CONSTITUTION:A carrier vehicle main body 11 is provided with a pair of driving wheels 20 and 21 which are set the diagonal line of the body 11 when viewed above the body 11. Meanwhile the caster type follower wheels 22 and 23 are provided on the opposite diagonal line. The wheels 20 and 21 are driven by the hydraulic motors 45 and 46 respectively and these motors are driven by the hydraulic pressure generated by a hydraulic pump 61. The pump 61 is driven by a motor driven by a battery. When the traveling course of the body 11 is changed, the steering angles having the phases adverse to each other are set to the wheels 20 and 21 by a steering means 43. Then a hydraulic circuit which connects the pump 61 to both motors 45 and 46 is provided with a pressure accumulator 62 and the valves which control the revolving directions of the motors 45 and 46.
