<p>PURPOSE:To form an automatic ticket examination machine of low cost by unifying the data processing function of a magnetic ticket with that of a noncontact ticket by processing ticket examination data read by the reading means of the noncontact ticket after converting whose format to a data format similar to that of the ticket examination data of the magnetic ticket by a conversion means. CONSTITUTION:When the magnetic ticket C1 is inserted to an insertion port 1, data recorded on the magnetic ticket C1 is read with a magnetic head H1 on the middle way of carrying of the magnetic ticket C1 on a carrier mechanism 3. When the noncontact ticket C2 arrives at the range of the communication area 7 of a main body (a), a data request command from the main body (a) is received with the noncontact ticket C2. A CPU 33 decodes the command from the main body (a) on the noncontact ticket C2, and transmits the ticket examination data stored in memory 34. When the data is received with the main body (a), the main body (a) processes the data by converting to the one with the format similar to that of the magnetic ticket.</p> |
