PURPOSE:To obtain the horizontal deflection circuit by which noise is eliminated in longitudinal lines in the middle of a monitor screen by providing a voltage application means applying a voltage to a series circuit and a voltage modulation means modulating an operating voltage of a 2nd parallel circuit to the horizontal deflection circuit. CONSTITUTION:A low pass filter F1 is inserted in series with a damper diode D1. The low pass filter F1 is a filter formed by inserting a lead wire being a conductor for a horizontal deflection current to a cylindrical ferrite core. Then a low frequency component of the horizontal deflection current acts on a high frequency component without any effect to average a rapid change in the current. Linear distortion in the horizontal deflection current caused at a crossover point of a current loop of the horizontal deflection current for the first half and the latter half for a horizontal scanning period in the horizontal deflection circuit is averaged by inserting a ferrite bead filter to a damper diode D1 in series to eliminate noise on a monitor screen due to the distortion. |
