PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of toner in the midst of carrying from a toner replenishing tank to a developing tank. CONSTITUTION:A first carrying means 42 carrying a developer from the developing tank 40 to the toner replenishing tank 41 and a second carrying means 43 returning the developer of the developing tank 40 from the toner replenishing tank 41 are provided between the developing tank 40 and the replenishing tank 41 arranged away from the developing tank 40. When the concentration of the toner in the developing tank 40 is lowered, the first carrying means 42 sends the developer to the toner replenishing tank 41. The toner is supplied to the developer from the toner replenishing toner 41. The second carrying means 43 sends the developer mixed with the toner to the developing tank 40 while stirring the developer. |
