PURPOSE:To obtain an ultrasonic inspecting device for railway lines which can perform ultrasonic inspection even on such a rail that can be hardly inspected with the prior art ultrasonic inspecting device. CONSTITUTION:The inspecting device is provided with a transmission probe (oblique probe for transmission) 2, reception probe (oblique probe for reception) 3, guide plate 1 having a shape meeting the head shape of a rail, and handle 5 for moving the device on the rail. In addition, the device is also provided with adjusting tools 7 and 8 which respectively adjust the positions of the probes 3 and 2 in the vertical direction, an adjusting tool 9 which adjust the position of the probe 9 in the longitudinal direction of the rail, a control section 10 which transmits and receives ultrasonic waves, and oscilloscope 11 for display. |
