PURPOSE:To improve both magnetic characteristics and bending strength of a magnet by a method wherein a resin binder, containing carbodi-imide resin and epoxy resin showing a solid state at the same specific temperature respectively, and magnetic powder, having prescribed value or higher of anisotropic magnetic field, are contained in the magnet. CONSTITUTION:The bonded magnet composition is composed of the resin binder, containing (A) solid-state carbodiimide resin at 25 deg.C and (B) solid-state epoxy resin at 25 deg.C, and magnetic powder having anisotropic magnetic field of 50 deg.C or higher. The above-mentioned resin binder contains (A) component of 100 pts.wt. and (B) component of 10 to 100 pts.wt., and the bonded magnet is formed by hardening by the resin binder the composition of 0.5 to 5 pts.wt. against the magnetic powder of 100 pts.wt. As a result, the magnetic characteristics and the bonding strength of the obtained magnet can be enhanced, and excellent molding workability and high productivity can also be obtained. |
