PURPOSE:To improve the magnetic characteristics and the bending strength of a magnet by a method wherein resin binder, containing bismaleimid/triazine resin, epoxy resin and polyvinyl resin, and magnetic powder, having the prescribed value or higher of anisotropic magnetic field, are contained in the magnet. CONSTITUTION:The bonded magnet composition is composed of a resin binder containing (A) solid-state vismaleimid/triazine resin at 25 deg.C, (B) solid-state epoxy resin at 25 deg.C and (C) solid-state polyvinyl acetal resin at 25 deg.C, and magnetic powder having anisotropic magnetic field of 50 KOe or higher. A resin binder contains (A) component of 100 pts.wt., (B) component of 10 to 100 pts.wt. and (C) component of 0.1 to 30 pts.wt., magnetic powder of 100 pts.wt. and the composition of 0.5 to 5 pts.wt. are hardened using the above-mentioned resin binder, and the bonded magnet is obtained. As a result, the magnet having improved magnetic characteristics and bending strength can be obtained. |
