PURPOSE:To readily allocate loads in the process including a processing means processing an object and a processing means processing another type of object. CONSTITUTION:A group of load such as one order of lot is divided (41) into proper size of working lots. Each working lot is stacked (42) on each processing means capable of the processing assuming that all capacity of each processing means should be divided. Whether or not the amount of load stacked of each processing means exceeds the capacity of the processing means is checked (43), and if it does, the working lot related to a group of loads selected by the appointed date of delivery is kept in the processing means and ones related to the load of the other group is removed from the processing means to be allocated (44) to the other processing means capable of the other processing time of the processing means and its processing.
