PURPOSE:To standardize terms used in a sentence by detecting non-standarized words in a formed sentence and substituting previously registered terms for the detected terms. CONSTITUTION:A sentence elaboration menu is displayed on a screen displaying a sentence to be checked and the item of 'word relational term standardization check' is selected. After selecting the item, a control part 2 sends the sentence to be checked to a morpheme analyzing part 4. While retrieving a user dictionary 7 and an analytical dictionary 8, the analyzing part 4 analyzes the sentence concerned in each word and forms a list. A syntax analyzing part 5 includes a comma, a 'joshi' (a postpositional word functioning as an auxiliary to a main word) and an auxiliary verb respectively in the preceding words in the word list to form a clause list and analyzes the connection of respective clauses. An error indicating part 6 checks the sentence concerned in accordance with the syntax analyzing result and an error indication rule stored in an error indication rule storing part 9, and when an error exists, the sentence is inverted to display an alarm and substitutive candidates are displayed. The non- standardized term in the sentence is substituted by a proper registered word in accordance with a candidate substitution instruction. |
