PURPOSE: To enable a plurality of participants in a conference to simultaneously input and display data to and on a large-sized monitor in real time by operating their own terminals by connecting the terminals to the monitor through a LAN. CONSTITUTION: LAN interfaces are respectively installed to a plurality of terminals 27-35 and the controller 23 of a large-sized monitor 21 and the interfaces are connected to each other through a LAN 25. Then a means which transmits information inputted to each terminal 27-35 to the monitor controller 23 in real time through the LAN 25 is installed to each terminal 27-35 and controller 23 and a means which simultaneously displays the transmitted information on the monitor 21 is installed to the controller 23. In addition, a means which transmits the displaying data of the monitor 21 to the terminals 27-35 from the controller 23 through the LAN 25 is provided. A plurality of VRAMs(video RAMs) which can display data on the screen of each terminal 27-35 in superimposing states are installed to each terminal 27-35 and one of the VRAMs is assigned to common data. The other VRAMs are exclusively assigned to the display data of the terminals. |
