PURPOSE:To show the conference situation to a user in an easy-understand way by attaining the graphic display of the conference situation on the basis of the conference component elements or the relations among these elements. CONSTITUTION:A conference situation data collecting part 41 is provided together with a conference data storing part 42, a graphic rule storing part 43, a plotting part 44, and a display part 45. The part 41 collects the conference situation data on the conference attendants, the equipments, the materials, etc., and the part 42 stores these collected data. The part 44 turns a part or the whole of the conference situation data stored in the part 42 into the graphics based on the graphic rule stored in the part 43 and produces a conference situation display chart. The part 45 displays the conference situation display chart. In such a constitution, the conference situation can be shown in the graphics on the basis of the conference component elements and the relations among these elements. Therefore the conference situation can be shown in a single chart. |
