<p>PURPOSE:To enable a stator of ceramic dielectric body to be manufactured through the same method as a conventional laminated ceramic capacitor, where a stator electrode is provided inside the stator and a recess is provided on the underside of the stator. CONSTITUTION:A stator electrode 6 is formed inside a ceramic laminate 17, where burnable films 15 and 16 formed of carbon or resin which is burnt off by burning are formed in layers inside the ceramic laminate 17 at a spot correspondent to a recess 10. The ceramic laminate 17 is burned, whereby the burnable films 15 and 16 are burnt off, consequently a sintered body 18 where cavities 19 and 20 and thin layers 21 and 22 are formed can be obtained, and the sintered body 18 is barrel-polished, whereby this layers 21 and 22 are broken, and the recess 10 is formed.</p> |
