PURPOSE:To dump discharged toner without contaminating the inside of a machine with toner by providing a discharge port, an opening and closing means for the discharge port, a bag attaching means and a discharged toner carrying means in a discharged toner storage part and changing the movement of the carrying means to normal one or reverse one. CONSTITUTION:Toner scraped in a easing 17 from a photosensitive drum by a cleaning blade is carried by a screw conveyor 8 in a direction shown by an arrow A and drops in the discharged toner storage part 10 from the discharge port 17a. A belt conveyor 9 is ordinarily moved in a direction shown by an arrow C, and the toner dropping from the discharge port 17a is carried and stored to fill an inner part on a side opposite to the discharge port 13. In the case of discarding the toner, the mouth of a vinyl bag 16 is hooked on a pawl 11 and fixed by using a rubber band, and the discharge port 13 is opened in a state where the opening and closing member 12 is at an opening position, then the conveyor 9 is moved in a direction shown by an arrow B, whereby the toner drops from the discharge port 13 in the vinyl bag 16. Then, the inside of the machine or the hand of an operator is not contaminated by the toner. |
