PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and to improve the productivity in the production line by using a delivery code discriminated from received remote control transmission data so as to select a delivery operating program thereby preparing the television receiver set and saving use of useless components. CONSTITUTION:Transmission data for a power supply of a remote controller turning on/off the power supply for a television receiver set consist of an 8-bit custom code 1 and an 8-bit data code 2 for power supply ON. A remote commander for the television receiver adds a delivery code 3 representing the delivery destination to transmission data of power ON and sends the resulting data, and a microcomputer receiving the transmission data discriminates the delivery code 3 added to the transmission data and select a relevant program to the discriminated code among built-in television programs, then the television receiver for the delivery destination is prepared depending on the delivery code 3 added to the transmission data. |
