PURPOSE:To prevent a reading error at the time of starting rotation of a motor after a laser emits light by emitting a laser after a motor for scanning the laser is stabilized at a preset rotating speed and to prevent unpleasant feeling by a laser having a slow scanning speed. CONSTITUTION:An MTCKEN signal is held at a high level when a motor reaches a preset rotating speed by an MTRLK signal which becomes a high level when the motor reaches the preset speed. When the high level state of the MTCKEN signal is held for 50 msec, a laser emits a light. If the high level state of the MTCKEN signal is held for 50msec even if 8 sec is elapsed from the start of rotary drive of the motor, a laser light emission is inhibited and error-processing takes place. |
