PURPOSE:To obtain a pigment dispersion having good dispersibility of the pigment, to provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner using this pigment dispersion, and to produce microcapsules capable of using for the production of the electrostatic charge image developing toner. CONSTITUTION:The pigment dispersion contains a pigment, org. solvent, and at least one kind of isocyanate group-contg. org. silicon compd. selected from silylisocyanate derivs. expressed by formula I, II, and III, or condensates thereof. In the formulae, R, R', and '' are alkyl groups, etc., p, q and r are integers of 0-3 satisfying p+q+r<=3, and x, y and z are integers of 1 or 2 sarisfying x+y+z=4. |
