PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of ordering errors and to attain a satisfactory order for users by making the storage and handling of catalogue media convenient and accurately and easily obtaining correspondence between catalogue commodities and their prices from a selling company. CONSTITUTION:When an electronic publishing medium such as a CD-ROM storing catalogue information is driven by an access part 204 and conditions for purchasing a commodity are inputted from an operation input part 203, the 1st commodity information matched with the conditions is displayed on a display part 202. When another medium is loaded to the access part 204, disk displacement is detected and the 2nd commodity information satisfying foregoing conditions are automatically searched from the other medium and displayed on the display part 202 together with the 1st commodity information.
