摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the method for efficiently produce the mask film to be used at the time of producing molds for molding decorative laminated sheets having letterpress parts nearly exactly corresponding to or resembling with natural vessels consisting of deep parts and shallow parts by a photographic technique. CONSTITUTION:The mask film 2 is obtd. by bringing a first film 10 having vessel shadow parts 10a, a second film having vessel transparent parts 11a and an unused third film 14 into tight contact with each other and exposing and developing these films to form the vessel shadow parts 2a on the third film 14. The light entering from the peripheries of the vessel shadow parts 10a at the time of exposing diffracts toward the lower central parts of the vessel shadow parts 10a. The exposure to be exposed to the third film 14 is so distributed as to gradually decrease like a quadratic curve from the peripheries of the vessel shadow parts to the central direction. The mask film 14 having such exposure is developed, by which the mask film 2 changing in density from high to low densities from the peripheries toward the central part is obtd.
