PURPOSE:To eliminate the problem of peeling and to widen the range for selection of resins by coating an intermediate resin layer having a low modulus of elasticity with resins on both sides, thereby forming cassette halves. CONSTITUTION:The first resin layer 4 is first formed by injecting an ABS resin and an elastomer is injected thereon to form the second resin layer 5 slightly smaller than the resin layer 4. Further, the ABS resin of the same quality as the quality of the resin layer 4 is injected to form the resin layer 6 slightly larger than the resin layer 5 to insert the resin layer 5 between the resin layers 4 and 6. The peripheral edge of the resin layer 6 is then welded to the resin layer 4, by which the cassette halves 2, 3 are formed in the form of coating the resin layer 5 with the resin layers 4, 6. The halves are then formed of at least the three resin layers 4, 5, 6 and the resin layer 5 is formed of the elastomer having the modulus of elasticity lower than the modulus of elasticity of the resin layers 4, 6 on both sides. The problem of the peeling of the resin layer 5 is then eliminated and the range for selecting the resins which can be used without the need for consideration of compatibility is widened.
