PURPOSE:To obtain proper light distribution and to eliminate the occurrence of an abnormal image having density unevenness and color unevenness, etc., by arranging a light emitting lamp with a gap left between the lamp and the surface of an illuminating lamp substrate. CONSTITUTION:The lamp pin terminal of the light emitting lamp 1 is inserted into the hole part of the illuminating lamp substrate (printed substrate) 9, and a lamp spacer 201 is inserted in between the substrate 9 and the lamp 1. The hole part of the substrate 9 and the pin terminal of the lamp 1 are soldered with solder 30. As the material of the spacer 201, electric insulating material such as epoxy resin, etc., is used, and the material whose heat resistance is high and which is hardly thermal- deformed and whose thermal conductivity is low is used. Or the spacer 201 is constituted so as to be freely attachable and detachable, and the spacer 201 is disloaded after the lamp 1 is mounted on the substrate 9, and then, the gap is generated between the lamp 1 and the substrate 9. Thus, the heat from the lamp 1 is not directly transmitted to the substrate 9, so that the heat is not generated by the substrate 9 and also the deformation and deterioration of the substrate 9 caused by the thermal expansion are eliminated, then, the occurrence of the abnormal image is prevented. |
