PURPOSE:To smoothly separate mutual core wires without lowering adhesive strength between insulating core wires and damaging an insulating layer, by blending crosslinked polysthylene particles, having a mean particle diameter of 10mum or less, with an adhesive resin composition. CONSTITUTION:Plural insulating core wires 1 are bundled in parallel and in a line, and are adhesively integrated with an adhesive layer 4. As an adhesive resin composition composing this layer 4, resin, in which any one kind or two or more kinds of polyamide and polyvinyl bytyral, etc., are combined, is blended, or any one kind or two or more kinds of amino resin and triazine resin, etc., blended with the resin. Crosslinked polymethyl methacrylate particles, having a mean particle diameter of 10mum or less, of 0.1-20 weight parts to obtained compositions of 100 weight parts are blended. Consequently, adhesive strength between the core wires 1 is sufficiently increased, moreover the separation between them is easily made, the layer 3 is not damaged at the core wire separation, the layer 4 surface has lubricity, and working flaw is not produced at the time of coil working, etc., shortening a manufacture process. |
