PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which has high dielectric constant in a microwave region, high Q value, low temperature coefficient of resonance frequency, and can be sintered at low temperature. CONSTITUTION:A composition containing bismuth oxide, calcium oxide, zinc oxide, lead oxide, and niobium oxide in a x{BiO3/2}-y{Ca1-a-bZnaPbb)O}- z{NbO5/2} ratio (x+y+z=1.0) is within a pentagonal area defined by points A=(0.55, 0.16, 0.29), B=(0.5, 0.21, 0.29) C=(0.44, 0.24, 0.32), D=(0.44, 0.22, 0.34) and E=(0.5-0.175, 0.325) in the (x, y, z) ternary system wherein 0<a<=0.6 and 0<b<=0.35. |
