<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a converter which is lessened in output voltage error caused by the influence of saturation or residual flux density, stabilizes a power supply at short-circuiting, and copes easily with different ratings. CONSTITUTION:Bobbins 3 and 4 provided with a round hole and an elliptical hole are arranged confronting each other, L-shaped cores 1 and 2 are inserted to the bobbins 3 and 4, and iron plates 5 to 8 are inserted sandwiching the L-shaped cores 1 and 2 between them. Pins 27 and 28 are inserted into round holes 21 and 22 provided to the bobbins 3 and 4, holes 13 and 15 provided to the iron plates 5 to 8, holes 19 and 20 bored in the cores 1 and 2, holes 14 and 16 provided to the iron plates 5 to 8, and round holes 33 and 34 (not shown in figures) provided to the bobbins 3 and 4 and fixed by caulking or the like. Pins 25 and 26 are inserted into elliptical holes 23 and 24 bored in the bobbins 3 and 4, holes 9 and 11 provided to the iron plates 5 to 8, holes 17 and 18 bored in the cores 1 and 2, holes 10 and 12 bored in the iron plates 5 to 8, and elliptical holes 31 and 32 and fixed by caulking or the like. A gap is determined in dimensions depending on a distance between holes bored in the iron plates 5 to 8.</p> |
