<p>PURPOSE:To avoid effects of glare light to a preceding vehicle due to change of an optical axis in turning. CONSTITUTION:A steering angle sensor 4 is provided at a steering wheel 5, and laser radars 6, 7 are provided at both side parts of a front end of a vehicle. An actuator 2 is driven in accordance with a steering direction by an actuator drive circuit 10 for changing an optical axis of a lamp unit 1 in the steering direction. When a vehicle exists diagonally in front in the steering direction, optical axis control action of the actuator drive circuit 10 is cancelled based on detection action of the laser radars 6, 7, and the optical axis of the lamp unit 1 is fixed at the center of the own vehicle regardless of steering with the steering wheel 5.</p> |
