PURPOSE:To design a cross sectional configuration of all wirings based on a unified standard so as to determine a minimum allowable cross section area with the longest wiring from the view point of the maximum allowable limit of a resistant value and prevent a further attempt to reduce a wiring width in a digital electronic device since such attempt to reduce the wiring width will reduce its cross sectional area and increase wiring resistance and bring about operational failures on a circuit or degrade its performances. CONSTITUTION:Wirings 11 and 21 are designed for conforming to small cross section areas and short length of the wirings. The wirings 13 and 23, and 14 and 24 are designed for corresponding to a gradual increase in the cross sectional areas and longer wiring length. In this case, they are designed so as to maintain virtually the same fixed resistant value. This construction makes it possible to change the cross sectional areas of the wirings in proportion to their length and use small-sized wiring without causing operational failures of the circuit, thereby embodying the reduction in the size of an electronic device and sophisticated performance and high function and performance.
|
