The apparatus reduces the freedom degree of the system by simultaneously coupling the parts inserter and the clincher so that it can reduce a motor instruction time, the number of parts and a production cost. The freedom reducer comprises a power transfer part including a pair of pulleys A,B (3,4), a pair of belts A,C (5,6), speed reducing pulleys (7,7',8,8') and other pulleys (9,9',10,10'); idlers (11,11') engaged with pulleys A,B (3,4) and speed reducing pulleys (7',8'); bearings (15,15') and ball spline nuts (16,16') simultaneously enabling a sliding motion and a rolling motion by fastening the pulleys (9,9') with ball splines (14,14'); ball screws (17,17'), installed on the pulleys (8,8'), for slidingly feeding frames (18,18').
