PURPOSE:To provide a title apparatus which instructs parts loading positional information to works with high speed and high precision. CONSTITUTION:The following are provided: a storage device 10 which stores outer shape data of a part 2 and a liquid crystal projector 7 which is provided on a head 6 and projects data from the storage device 10 onto a substrate 1. Since the head 6 is provided with the liquid projector 7 to project the part 2 onto the substrate 1, positioning an image of the part 2 to a land of the substrate 1 allows positioning with high speed and high precision. Instructing this positional information can make instruction of loading positional information speedy and highly precise by a factor of speedy and highly precise positioning. It follows that setting conditions to avoid influences of surrounding environments is dispensed with as compared with an apparatus which uses a TV camera to instruct loading position. |
