PURPOSE:To improve the contrast of a sintered body of aluminum nitride to another component or the background by a simple process, when a structure containing the sintered body of aluminum nitride in a component is recognized optically. CONSTITUTION:Before a structure containing a sintered body 1 of aluminum nitride in a component is recognized optically, a process in which an electromagnetic wave is applied at least to the sintered body 1 of aluminum nitride of this structure and thereby an absorption spectrum characteristic of the sintered body 1 of aluminum nitride for a light is changed, is executed. The contrast of the sintered body 1 of aluminum nitride to another component or the background can be improved remarkably by the very simple process. |
