<p>Spectrum analyzers which operated by deflecting and focussing a bulk wave are disclosed. At least one transducer (403) for such an analyzer is produced in the form of interdigital combs. The other transducers (402) are preferably also produced in the form of interdigital combs. Improved filtering of each channel and therefore enhanced analyzer response may thus be obtained.</p> |
