The building construction may consist of a framework which is filled in with non-structural panels. Each of these panels (30) incorporates carrier ribs or struts (20,22) extending between top and bottom beams (48,46). These beams have sockets (26) accommodating cylindrical pegs (28) which fit into corresponding sockets in the vertical struts (20,22). There are cross-bracing struts (24) in the panel and the spaces between the struts are filled with light non-loadbearing filling material. The top and bottom edges (44,42) and the side edges (40) of the panels have ridges and grooves which fit together. USE/ADVANTAGE - Light and simple wall panel structure for building.
