The under side of the magazine (1) for fresh towels (16) has an opening for access to the towels. The guide element (4) surrounds at least one guide rod (20) between the top (1) and the bottom (2) magazines. This rod is held on a holder (5) in the bottom of the lower magazine which is pushed up to remove the used towels. The rod may be telescopic, comprising upper and lower telescopic elements, which may be stopped by a device held in a primed position. USE/ADVANTAGE - Can be used for fabric towels. Because the towel is permanently connected to the dispenser, there is little chance of theft and provides for easy removal and replenishing of towels.
