The present invention relates to more efficient water heating effected by enabling a temperature sensing part (10) to operate a remote temperature adjusting valve (60) by sensing the indoor temperature in a 5 condition. A tube (90) through which a fluid passes is installed in the upside of a combined body (80) with a disk valve (72) which is installed over a hot water tube (90) where an inflow tube part (91) and an outflow part (92) communicate with each other and which operates elastically by means of an counteracting spring (81) installed therewith and, in the inside of the combined body (80), an adjusting valve (60) united with a cylinder wherein a piston which operates upward and downward by the movement of the fluid is installed, a cylinder into which fluid (51) and a piston (32) are inserted in the center of vent holes (22) on the circumference and a guide bar (21) in the inner center are united with said body part (30), but a temperature sensing part (10) in which an axial housing (33) of the piston (32) with a from memory alloy spring (40) installed is inserted is connected with said guide bar (21) by said adjusting valve (60) and tube (50), so the temperature adjusting valve (60) can be opened and closed by conducting operations delicately to a variation of the indoor temperature and a proper level of room temperature can be maintained.
