The bearing socket (17) has a radial projection (16), together with the collar (20) on the support arm (1), have a smaller radial extension towards the end side opening (10) of the outer socket (7). The bearing socket is closed on the end side opposite the radial projection. The support arm can execute wide angle movements round the axis perpendicular to the bearing axis without the projection or collar abutting the sockets. After use, the support arm is removed from the bearing socket, the bearing socket is removed from the elastic element (11) and the elastic element is removed from the outer socket.
