<p>A dynamic RAM which is capable of easily converting an RAS only refresh to a CAS before RAS refresh consuming less electric power, easily executing a shift to the data holding (suspend), and obtaining compatibility to conventional personal computer systems. Comprising a CPU (101), dynamic RAM arrays (115), and a systems logic (110), this dynamic RAM is used for a microprocessor system and is further provided with a refresh converting circuit (111) for converting the RAS only refresh to the CAS before RAS refresh.</p> |
