The camera has swivel and inclination heads and zoom lenses. The swivel and inclination velocity is automatically controlled in dependence on the focal length of the lens in use. At small focal length, or large viewing angle, that velocity is automatically increased in accordance with a preset formation. At a large focal length or small viewing angle the swivel velocity is automatically reduced in accordance with the same, or a corresp. function. Pref. the lens viewing angle function is a preset linear function dependent on the max. angular velocity of the swivel or inclination head. USE/ADVANTAGE - For TV transmission installations, with facility for automatic control even with large focal lengths and high swivel velocities.
