摘要 The mechanism for feeding nonmagnetic separate workpieces to machines, by means of flexible transport elements and carriers attached to them, includes at least two drive rollers (6) which are adjustable axially and rotationally and are attached to a common drive shaft (1), with at least two freely rotatable tensioning rollers (10) installed at the corresp. levels. The drive rollers (6) and tensioning rollers (10) in pairs are encircled by a flexible transport element (12) whose outer surface is provided with several uniformly distanced carriers (13). The drive shaft (1) carries three drive rollers (6), with the additional middle roller rotationally fixed to the shaft. The drive (6) and tension (10) rollers are axially adjustable. The flexible transport elements (12) are toothed belts or roller chains. The distance between the carriers (13) is greater than the dimension of the largest component in the transport direction. The carriers are attached to the flexible transport element by glue, vulcanisation or screws. USE/ADVANTAGE - In component mfg./processing industries. Easily adjustable and allows nonmagnetic components of different shapes and sizes to be fed to machines.
