The dehydrating appts. of particulated sludge wastes generated in water treating plants and paper, food and chemical plants includes a first dehydrating device having the sludge inlet, a second dehydrating device which is rectangular-crossly equipped with the first and second cylindrical cases supplied with the first dehydrated waste through the pipe, and a central collector collecting water produced by dehydration of the waste to discharge through the drain duct.
