Fly attractant composition contains trialcylamine salt in concentration from 0.02 to 1.0 % wt., in which alkyl groups are selected from methyl or ethyl group, salt of linear or branched and saturated or unsaturated carboxylic acid with C2 to C18 with alkali metal in concentration from 0.02 to 1.0 % wt., pheromone in concentration from 0,001 do 0,1 % wt. in aqueous solution. Method for the preparation of an insect attractant composition which includes a trialkylamine salt, an alkali salt of a carboxylic acid and a pheromone in a suitable aqueous solution.
