FLUORINE AND CIANIDE REMOVING METHOD FROM WASTE WATER

The simultaneously treating method of a fluorine a cyane ion from the composite waste water contg. fluorine ion, cyane ion, phenol, ammonia ion and sulfur cpd. in the coke factory is characterized by (a) adding a calcium hydroxide into the waste water to have pH 7.5-11, (b) adding an aluminium sulphate into it to have pH 5.0-8.0, and (c) adding 2-6 ppm polyacryl amide as a polymeric coagulant into it to form porous Al(OH)3 flocks, and to adsorbe the fluorine ion and the cyane ion.
