PURPOSE:To enable stable power to be generated by utilizing wind, especially, jet steam at a high altitude. CONSTITUTION:A wind power generating facility consists of a wind power generating device 10 flying up high in the sky by wind power, a mooring cable 5 for mooring the wind power generating device 10 on the ground, and a transmitting cable 5a for transmitting power generated by the wind power generating device 10 to a power facility 8 provided on the ground. The wind power generating device 10 comprises a barrel 1 in which a power generator 7 is enclosed, a wind power turbine 2 for driving the power generator 7, and wind 3 for floating which is installed on the barrel 1. |
