PURPOSE:To form with a considerable low capacity press machine and to form to a high dimensional precision while suppressing a generation of forging defect in regard to a forming method and die of die forging for a web-rib shape part with plural webs encircled by ribs. CONSTITUTION:The upper die 1 makes plural stamping parts 3 to form each web W in the main body 2 up and down motion possible and has the reduction robs 5, which is connected to each stamping part 3 at the upper part of the main body 2 and pierces through the upper die, and is provided above these reduction rods 5 with the stepped reduction board, which has steps on its rear surface and is movable in transverse direction. In forming the web-rib part M the reduction force of the press anvil A is selectively transmitted to the reduction rods 5 through the stepped reduction board 6, each stamping part of the upper die is separately and sequentially press fit into the blank B arranged in the lower die to sequentially from each web and the rib R in surrounding. |
