PURPOSE:To activate a living body cell, and to soften or eliminate a pain and stiff shoulders thereby by utilizing a thermal energy effect and a photochemical reaction by a laser light. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a first laser light source 10 for outputting a first laser light L1 whose wavelength is 830nm, a second laser light source 12 for outputting a second laser light L2 whose wavelength is 696nm, a polarizing plate 14 for converting the second laser light L2 to a linearly polarized light L2P, a dichroic mirror 16 for mixing this linearly polarized light L2P and the first laser light L1, and a light condensing optical system 18 for subjecting a living body to spot irradiation of a mixed light obtained by mixing them. |
