<p>PURPOSE:To provide the method for setting a rolling pass schedule which can expect the improvement of strip passing property, quality and a model. CONSTITUTION:This method includes a means to decide a time to change a drawing down pattern in advance based on inference program as various dimensional information and knowledge bases in one cycle rolling after rolling are used before rolling. This is a method to decide a timing to change the decided drawing down pattern through actual informations 3 in rolling the preceding material and a drawing down balance of the succeeding material through the inference program and further, sets the rolling schedule to correct a pass schedule 5 calculated by a rolling model 2 from the decided change point and this, rolling pass schedule based on the inference program.</p> |
